You’ve liked what you’ve seen in the touring phase and you’re getting ready to make a deal. 

 

After touring space, you’ll pursue the surviving sites further by sending out requests for proposals (RFP). Having a detailed RFP is essential to finding the optimal space for the best terms. Because at the end of the day, the landlord’s broker wants to present the rosiest picture possible.
